Subprocessors

WebDevAuto operates the website design, lead automation, and CRM platform described in our Privacy Policy. To deliver those services we engage the following vetted third-party service providers ("subprocessors"). This list is published openly — no NDA required.

Google Cloud Platform / Firebase — application hosting, database, authentication, and serverless compute. Processes customer and end-customer data at rest. United States.
Twilio — voice telephony and SMS messaging for the phone agent and notifications. Processes phone numbers and call/message content. United States.
Deepgram — real-time speech transcription and synthesis for the voice agent. Processes call audio. United States.
Resend — transactional email delivery. Processes recipient email addresses and message content. United States.
Smartlead — outbound/cold email delivery on dedicated sending domains. Processes prospect email addresses and message content. United States.
Anthropic — generative AI (Claude) for content drafting and call summarization. Processes prompt content; not used to train third-party models. United States.
OpenAI — generative AI for content drafting and classification. Processes prompt content; not used to train third-party models. United States.
Google (Gemini) — generative AI for lead research and enrichment. Processes prompt content. United States.
Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing. Processes billing contact and payment metadata (card data is handled by Stripe directly). United States.
Google Calendar (Google Workspace) — calendar and scheduling integration. Processes appointment and attendee details. United States.
Apollo — business directory lookup and lead enrichment. Processes business contact data. United States.

Each subprocessor is contractually bound to confidentiality and processes only the data necessary for the specific purpose listed above. Data residency is the United States unless otherwise required by a customer agreement.

Change Notifications

To request advance email notification when WebDevAuto adds, removes, or replaces a subprocessor, contact porter.websales@webdevauto.com. We will give customers under a written agreement at least fifteen (15) days' notice of a material change unless a shorter period is required for security or compliance reasons.

Data Subject Requests

Privacy rights requests (access, deletion, correction) should be sent to porter.websales@webdevauto.com. Where a subprocessor holds the relevant data, WebDevAuto coordinates with that subprocessor to fulfill the request.
