Founder-run, based in Salt Lake City (you may know us as DevAuto or devauto.ai), building software for mid-sized service businesses and early-stage software startups. Not an agency.
Stuck between two bad options.
The $30k/month enterprise tools (Salesforce, with a team to install them) are overkill. The DIY templates (Wix, Shopify out-of-the-box) are too thin. You need real software, but not a six-figure integrator. That's the gap we exist to close.
The three rules we operate by.
1. The basics are included.
A serious business shouldn't pay extra for the basics. Fast websites. Working lead forms. Good Google placement. We include all of it in the base price; most agencies charge for each one.
2. The founder runs the kickoff. Always.
Porter runs every first call, every scoping meeting, every big decision. No junior salesperson. No handoff from sales to engineering. The person who builds it is the one you talk to, from hello to launch.
3. One system you own.
We build systems you own. Not a Zapier diagram held together by hope. Not a five-vendor mess where nobody knows where the customer record lives. One system. One source of truth.

Alex
Cofounder of WebDevAuto, with an ownership stake and a real say in how the company is run. He leads app development, building the custom mobile apps we ship for clients, and he founded Mechai, his own automotive app live in the App Store and running on our systems. He sets direction with Porter and keeps the long view while Porter runs the platform and the day to day.
